Trent Twomey

Professor Trent Twomey was elected National President of The Pharmacy Guild of Australia in 2021, following more than 15 years of involvement with the Guild. He served on the negotiating team for the Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Community Pharmacy Agreements and is President of the World Pharmacy Council. A Professor at James Cook University, Trent is also a practising pharmacist and co-owner of a small group of pharmacies in North Queensland. He recently completed further studies to qualify as a prescribing pharmacist.
