Cancellation policy: * Full payment must be received by 11.59pm 13 September, 2026, to secure the Early Bird Conference Rate. *Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the conference after submitting and paying for registration are welcome to nominate a substitute. *Any cancellation must be in writing to the National Office, attention to the Conference and Events Department. * Cancellations prior to 13 September 2026 will incur an administration fee of $155 AUD. After that date, no refund will be given other than for ‘exceptional circumstances’. Please submit exceptional circumstances to events@australian.physio and allow minimum 2 weeks from Conference close for a response.
