Chad Cook, PT, PhD, MBA, is professor at Duke University, with appointments in the Department of Orthopaedics, the Duke Clinical Research Institute, and the Department of Population Health Sciences. Chad is a physiotherapist with over 35 years of clinical experience and is an active health services researcher and clinical board member for several healthcare companies. He is presently the Director of Clinical Research Facilitation at Duke Orthopaedics and the Director of the Center for Excellence in Manual and Manipulative Therapy at Duke University. Chad is presently part of over 11 million in external funding, has published over 400 peer-review manuscripts and has been an editor for four textbooks. He is a multi-award winner for research, teaching and service and has provided over 200 keynote lectures across 40 different countries.
